Taken at a Kite Festival at Walton on the Naze. A wide range of kites jostled for sky space; some individual, others in themed groups of related subjects, such as nursery rhymes, or animals chasing other animals.

Unfortunately I had only an old camera phone with me and the photograph was taken in the middle of the day, making it difficult to do justice to the bright colours and lively movement in the sea breeze.
