The High Line, Manhattan April 2026

A selection of views from the High Line in Manhattan, walking northwards from the Whitney Museum.

It's more enclosed by new buildings than when I last visited in 2024, but there are still enough surprising and attractive views of New York landmarks between the buildings. The planting has blossomed, making it more of an urban garden and there are more murals to be seen.

An essential outing for any visit to the city.
